After completing his DM cardiology, Dr. Krupal Reddy underwent Comprehensive Training / Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the eminent organization – Apollo Health City Jubilee Hills – one of the highest volume centre of Hyderabad and a JCI accredited hospital. Later, he worked there as an interventional cardiologist for some time. He is Registered under Maharashtra Medical Council – 2004020723.He has received scholarship for training in Intervention Cardiology from a renowned international medical center. He was also selected and attended a Cardiac Institute in USA as a visiting fellow .He has a vast experience in doing invasive procedures like coronary angiography, angioplasty and stenting including primary angioplasty, multi-vessel angioplasty, chronic total occlusion, and left main angioplasty. He performs most of his cases by radial route. He is also experienced in doing BMV, device closure, peripheral, renal, carotid angioplasty, and pacemaker and ICD implantation, IVC filter implantation. He was member of the team that performed first BVS – absorbable stent implantation in India. He is adept in doing OCT – a very advanced vascular imaging technique. He was involved in a study of OCT guided PCI – a first of its kind study in India. This study got published in Indian heart journal. One of his co – authored article got BEST PAPER award in imaging category by Cardiology Society of India (CSI).Dr. Reddy has attended several training programs related to coronary angioplasty and presented papers in various conferences. He has several publications in his name in various journals.He is life member of cardiology society of India.
