Dr. Ravi Suman Reddy is a Consultant Neuro & Spine Surgeon at Continental Institute of Neurosciences & Rehabilitation. In his illustrious career, Dr. Ravi has performed more than 8000 complex surgeries of tumors, vascular malformations, aneurysms, spinal xations and endoscopic brain and spinal surgeries. He graduated from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal as one of the top students of the batch. He proceeded to specialize in Neurosurgery from National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences where he was awarded the Silver Jubilee Award for Best Outgoing Student. Apart from being an exceptional neurosurgeon, Dr. Ravi Suman Reddy has a special interest in training upcoming neurosurgeons in East Africa, along with improving the process of overall neuro healthcare delivery in Uganda. He is a Visiting Professor at Mulago National Hospital, Mentor Neurosurgery at King Faisal Hospital Ruanda and Mentor Neurosurgery at Moi University where he contributes in skill development of future neurosurgeons. In recognition of his excellence, Dr. Ravi was awarded of the Herbert Neuro Oncology Award at Neurocon, 2004. Dr. Ravi is a member of prestigious institutions like Neurological Society of India, AP Neuroscientists Association and AOSpine.
